What to write about

• Corrections. A formula that's wrong, a figure that has gone stale, a cited source that has moved or been revised. These get priority over everything else — every calculator here prints the formula it used precisely so that a mistake is findable, and a correction that turns out to be right gets fixed and noted on the page. Tell us which tool, which number, and what you think it should be.
• Tools you looked for and didn't find. A driving cost you needed to work out and couldn't. These genuinely drive what gets built next — the useful version says what decision you were trying to make, not just what calculator you wanted.
• General questions. Questions about how the site works or how to apply something on it to your situation.

Response time

There is no service-level promise here, because MileGrade is one person rather than a support desk. What is true: every message is read, and corrections are acted on first. Expect a reply within a few days, longer if the question needs the underlying math re-checked before answering it properly.

One thing we can't help with: telling you which car to buy. The tools compute what a decision costs; which cost is worth paying is yours to weigh, and we have no way to know your situation well enough to advise on it.
